The H&M Membership is a digital loyalty programme where you collect points with every purchase, both in store and online. When collecting points, you unlock special offers, rewards, exclusive event invitations and much more.

You will find all your digital receipts from store and online purchases in your membership account. Our membership is free to join, but you must be 18 years to become a member or 16 with consent from your parents or legal guardian.

Your membership ID can be found on your account page. You can also create an alternative ID to use when purchasing in store. Simply ask the cashier at your nearest H&M store to create one for you.

All your purchases in-store and online are rewarded with points. To collect points in store, always remember to scan your membership ID via the H&M app. You can also earn points by completing your profile, earning you 100 points, by recycling your garments earning you 100 points, by bringing your own bag when you shop in-store earning you 25 points, and by inviting your friends to become members you'll earn 200 points for every new member that completes their first purchase. Your points will be displayed on your membership account which can take up to 24 hours to update.

You will find your latest offers and rewards on your account page in the H&M app or on hm.com. Please note that once you redeemed a discount or reward, it cannot be returned or reused. If you return an item, the points you earned from that item will be deducted from your points balance.
