Terms and Conditions

MOG Duit Raya, Duit Hebat Campaign 2025 Terms & Conditions

1.Campaign Period
1.1 The “MOG Duit Raya, Duit Hebat Campaign 2025” (“this Campaign”) will commence on 1st March 2025 and conclude on 2nd May 2025 (“Campaign Period”), both dates inclusive.
1.2 Metro Eyewear Holdings Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”) reserves the right upon giving adequate prior notice to change the duration and/or the commencement and/or expiry dates of the Campaign Period.

2.Eligibility
a.This Campaign is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent legal residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above at the time of entry. The Campaign is valid for purchases made at participating MOG outlets in Malaysia.
b.Permanent and/or temporary staff or employees of MOG are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
c.Employee and immediate family members of the Organizers, their advertising agencies, subsidiaries, agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate in the contest.
d.MOG may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period at any time without prior notice to any party (‘The Extended Period’). Unless an extended period is announced, any entries received after contest period shall be treated as disqualified. Any participation in the Contest during this Extended Period (if any) shall be governed by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions’) which shall remain in full force and effect.

3.Prizes & Participation Criteria
3.1To participate in this Campaign, the Eligible Participant will need to:

Step 1: Purchase a min of RM500 on any frame / sunglasses or lens (any brands) during the Campaign Period at any MOG outlets in Malaysia.
*Draw eligibility only apply to customers that is qualified and has made full payments.

3.2 Prizes

● One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) pair of economy class return air tickets (two tickets) from Malaysia Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Tokyo Haneda/Narita Airport, worth up to RM9,000 for two tickets.
● Eleven (11) Weekly Prizes: One (1) RM888 Cash Prize / week; Ten (10) RM88 Cash Prize.
There is a total of ninety-nine (99) Weekly Prizes to be won throughout the Contest Period.

Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-resalable, non-exchangeable for cash, credit, goods or benefits-in-kind, and non-extendable in validity. There shall be no refund, transfer, exchange or extension for any partially used or unused Prize. The Organizer reserves the right to replace or change prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.

4. Proof of Purchase

● All purchases must be made at MOG outlets in Malaysia and recorded on a single receipt.
● Only Point of Sale (POS) printed or official e-receipts will be accepted. Handwritten receipts, cash bill receipts, delivery notes, or purchase orders will not be entertained.
● Receipts that do not meet these requirements will be deemed incomplete and rejected.

5. Redemption Process

● Participants must scan the QR code provided by MOG staff and fill in their personal details, including a valid email and contact number.
● Weekly Cash Prize winner will be notified via email / contact by MOG staff within fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval of the submission.
● Grand Prize winner will be notified via email / contact by MOG staff within fourteen (14) working days from the campaign end date.
● The Organizer will not be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or invalid email addresses or contact numbers provided by the participants.

6. Disqualification

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:
●The proof of purchase is found to be fraudulent or invalid.
●The receipt details are incomplete or illegible.
●The participant fails to provide the required information upon request.
●The Organizer deems disqualification necessary to ensure fairness and compliance with the Campaign’s rules.

7. General Terms

●The Flight Ticket is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or credit.
●Each participant is eligible for one (1) prize throughout the Campaign Period. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Campaign or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
●The Organizer’s decisions regarding all matters related to this Campaign, including any disputes, are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

8. Publicity and Promotion 

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the Organizer’s use of their names and images for any promotional and advertising purposes without further compensation.

9. Personal Data Protection

By participating in this Campaign, participants agree to the collection, use, processing, and retention of their personal data by the Organizer for the purpose of this Campaign in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

10. Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with their participation in this Campaign or the use of the Cash / Flight Ticket.

11. Rights of the Organizer
●The Organizer reserves the right to accept, disqualify, reject, modify, suspend, or cancel any entry or participation as deemed necessary, especially in cases of violation or potential violation of any terms and conditions stipulated herein.
●Entries containing fraudulent information or using a false identity or other particulars with the intent to deceive or misrepresent the Organizer or its corporate image shall be disqualified.
●The Organizer reserves the right to delete or remove any entry found tampering with, disrupting, or infecting the network content service system of the Campaign with malicious software that affects the overall process.
● The Organizer reserves the right to revise, amend, vary, or change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Organizer may also vary, extend, suspend, or end the Campaign and/or Campaign Period at its sole discretion if the Campaign cannot continue for any reason.
12. Finality of Decisions The Organizer’s decisions relating to this Campaign and any disputes arising therefrom are final, conclusive, and binding on all participants.
