Vitamin E - Apple Almond Oatmeal

 

Raisin and Spice Oatmeal with AlmondsPrep Time: 5 minutes | Cook Time: 5 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce unsweetened instant oat
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 cup hot milk / water
  • 1 red apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 whole natural almond & 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp honey

Preparation:

1. Pour the water and salt into a medium-sized saucepan, and place over medium-high heat. Bring the liquid to a boil, and then add the oats.Continue cooking the oats for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Remove the oatmeal from the stove, and stir in the milk, apple cubes, cinnamon, and honey; top with almonds
